These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Follower Tracker ("App", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility and Acceptance
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. App Features
Follower Tracker provides analytics and account insight tools. Features may change, be updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
- Some features require a paid subscription.
- Subscription prices and durations are shown in the App before purchase.
- Payment is processed through Apple App Store billing.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App in violation of applicable laws, platform rules, or third-party terms;
- Interfere with App performance, security, or availability;
- Copy, reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App without authorization;
- Use the App for abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful activities.
5. Intellectual Property
All App content, software, branding, and design elements are owned by us or licensed to us. These Terms do not grant ownership rights to you.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete accuracy, or that results will meet your expectations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits related to your use of the App.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if we believe these Terms are violated or if continued service is not feasible.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
